What Personal Training is
Personal Training is a pleasant and effective way of training, guided by a trainer in order to achieve specific goals on the trainees’ bodies.
Its success is based on the combination of contemporary exercises such asBosu, TRX, Cross Fit, Kettle bell, Medicine Balls, pilates, etc., , as they firm specific muscular groups with alternating rhythm and intensity, depending on the personal goals of each trainee.
Basically, this is a clever and prompt way to get the body you always wanted , either this concerns weight loss, or firming and muscular intensification, with the ongoing support of a trainer, whereas it positively effects your well being, self-confidence and health.

THE SCHOOLING
Our trainers have get a 100 hour training at Fitness Training School. Our goal is strict and appropriate training on universal level. For you to have some of the most talented and devoted instructors in the fitness sector.

THE STUDY
Through studies, there has been confirmation that three sessions per week , for twelve weeks , have increased the non fat mass, the muscular strength and the aerobic efficiency of our members.
